Thinking of returning an item? Item delivered damaged? Item received but faulty?


If you are unhappy with your product you can, with our consent, return it for a refund.


Except for specially ordered items, items purchased from us may be returned within five working days of receipt for a refund, providing you have notified us by email of your intention to return the item(s). The goods must be returned to our address and the cost of packing and returning any goods will be at the customer’s expense. A handling charge may be levied to cover our outbound shipping costs. Please use a suitable service when returning goods, as we cannot be held responsible for any returned goods lost in transit. We must receive goods returned in the condition they where received by the customer. Sealed boxes and packages unopened, clear bags with header cards or foams must be intact. A full refund will be made within 28 days of the goods being received back by us to the Paypal address used to pay for the original order, less any carriage charge if appropriate, providing the previous conditions are observed.


Please contact us at returns@thecorgishop.com detailing your name, address, contact telephone number, order number and reason for return and we will process your request. We endeavour to assess all requests for return within 2 workings days.


If your item is delivered damaged or you are missing items from your consignment you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the delivery. Contact us using the above instructions and we will contact you with a further instructions to resolve delivery issues as soon as possible. It would help us to serve you if you can be as detailed as possible when you notify us of transit damage or losses. We also benefit from digital photographs of the damage if you can provide these.


If your item is found to be faulty, contact us using the above instructions and we will contact you with further instructions, possibly including remedial advice. We aim to provide top quality service so will take you through troubleshooting steps ahead of any replacement or refund.
