Prices are valid at the time of placing the order, but may be subject to change without notice.
Although we make every effort to ensure advertised prices are correct, there may be occasions where an incorrect price is advertised. Under these circumstances we are not obliged to supply goods at the advertised price where there is an error in said price.
Please note that prices advertised are VAT inclusive and currently we only ship to the UK.
Images on this site are to be used only as a guide or reference. From time to time manufacturers may change availability, colours, dimensions or other details of their products. We advise any customer who is unsure of the product(s) they intend ordering to contact us prior to placing an order so a member of our team may assist.
Delivery of goods that are in stock will usually be within our chosen carrier’s specified delivery time depending on the service chosen at purchase time. Items out of stock will be placed on back order and supplied when available, unless otherwise stated when placing an order.
Any item on back order can be cancelled at any time, with the exception of items that have been specially ordered or uniquely built, which cannot be cancelled without our prior consent.
If applicable, we may chose to offer a substitute. Any substitute product is subject to the approval of the customer and if found not suitable when delivered can be returned to us at our cost.
Orders for items lost or damaged in transit can be cancelled at any time.
Orders cancelled will be refunded in full to include carriage costs.
Our cut off time for processing orders the same day is midday.
Orders received before midday Monday to Friday will be processed the same day. Orders placed after midday will be processed the following working day.
Processing of orders does not constitute despatch of orders.
We will endeavour to keep customers appraised of the state of their order as it is processed.
Immediate availability of stock cannot be guaranteed.
Delivery cannot usually be made at weekends and bank holidays. All ‘Next Business Day’ packages will need to be signed for on delivery. Please note that we are not the carrier and the carrier acts on our instructions and will deliver within their definitions of service.
Full payment must be made in advance of delivery by way of Paypal or by cheque. See the Paypal website for details of the payment methods they accept. If your payment is notified to us as failed by Paypal, we will not process your order and you will be notified of the failure by us, in addition to any statutory advice generated by the Paypal system.
For security reasons, when placing an order, you must give your full name, address and postcode, which must be the same as that held by the payment card company.
Except for specially ordered items which will be dealt with on a case by case basis, items purchased from us may be returned within seven (7) working days of receipt for a full refund, providing you have notified us by email of your intention to return the item(s). The goods must be returned to our address and the cost of packing and returning any goods will be at the customer’s expense. A handling charge may be levied to cover our outbound shipping costs. Please use a suitable service when returning goods, as we cannot be held responsible for any returned goods lost in transit. We must receive goods returned in the condition they where received by the customer. Sealed boxes and packages unopened, clear bags with header cards or foams must be intact. A full refund will be made within 28 days of the goods being received back by us to the Paypal address used to pay for the original order, less any carriage charge if appropriate, providing the previous conditions are observed. This condition does not affect your rights on the return of faulty goods (see our Returns information page).
Orders placed on the website are processed with as little delay as is reasonably possible. For this reason, we cannot guarantee that further instructions from customers will be enacted. We advise any customer who is unsure of the product(s) they intend ordering to contact us prior to placing an order so a member of our team may assist.
Any details held will be used only by PSDM Trading Ltd (through www.thecorgishop.com) and will not be passed on to any other parties. Occasionally we may send you details of special offers, promotions or clearance items. If you would rather not receive these communications, please state this when ordering. PSDM Trading are data protection registered.
